How It Works
Send Us Your Logo
In order to make your free hat mockup, we'll need a vector file of your logo. Black & white .AI, .EPS, or .PDF file formats work best.
Approve Your Mockup
We'll send over a mockup of your logo on a hat so that you can visualize the final product. All you need to do is approve.
Choose Colors & Quantities
Once we have your logo and you've approved the mockup all that's left is to choose how many of each color you'd like.

Full Grain Leather
Our tannery, Horween Leather, produced a unique leather tannage specifically designed for our hat patches. This custom leather is specifically crafted to control the natural oils from bleeding, allowing for a darker stamp with high clarity and detail.
Heat Stamped Leather Patch
Using a combination of heat and pressure we stamp each full-grain leather patch. This debossing process maintains the integrity of the leather while being able to achieve ultra-high detail designs.
Patches Applied In Wyoming
We hand apply each patch using our proprietary adhesion process in our Laramie, WY workshop. This incredibly strong bond is built to take on anything you throw at it.
