The Apparel Sales Guide will be responsible for guiding customers through the process of ordering custom hats for their business or organization. This position will serve as the primary communicator with our B2B apparel customers and will answer questions, solve problems, and provide on time mock ups to ensure an amazing customer experience. Additionally, the Apparel sales guide will follow up and ensure customer satisfaction with the goal of winning customer loyalty. 


  • Organize and manage multiple customer accounts via CRM Software 
  • Layout basic designs using logos that the customers provide 
  • Provide digital mockups to customers and make edits to their preferences
  • Invoice customers via Quickbooks
  • Order and inventory customer stamps
  • Finalize orders for shipment and communicate timelines
  • Follow up with customers via email and phone
  • Learn Range’s Sales Bridge strategy
