Range Leather gladly accepts returns of merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address within 30 days from the date your order shipped for a refund. Unused products qualify for either in store credit or money back in the amount of the purchase price. Used products only qualify for in store credit in the amount of the purchase price, and must be in like-new condition to qualify. If you purchased $1.98 re:do return insurance, your return shipping is free for exchanges or store credit. If you have not purchased $1.98 re:do return insurance, you will be responsible for the cost to ship your exchange. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for full refunds.
All returns will be reviewed, and if they appear used in-store credit will be issued.

At Range Leather, we are proud to offer a forever guarantee on each of our products. We take pride in our handcrafted products, and utilize techniques that have been used for many years in the leather crafting industry. As such, if any product of ours has a manufacturing defect or failure in any way or at any time, contact us at contact@rangeleather with a picture of your product and a brief description of what went wrong. If the product did experience a defect or failure due to the manufacturing process, we will gladly repair it at no cost. If the product is unable to be repaired by our leather crafters, we will gladly exchange it for a new product.
