Job Description

The Crafter position will complete a variety of crafting and shop related tasks to assist with the daily production of leather goods at Range Leather. The goal for our crafters is to acquire all necessary skills and then to maintain quality, increasing productivity and minimize mistakes. Crafters will work progressively through a training program and will report to their team Assistant Manager and Department Production Manager, as well as Range Leather owners. In addition to leather crafting, this position has a emphasis in Retail. Employees will be trained in retail sales and customer service and incorporated into the retail front schedule with the rest of the retail team.

Qualifications

• No leather experience required
• High attention to detail and ability to master technical/fine motor skills at speed.
• Excellent level of focus, not easily distracted, with the ability to deliver reliable and consistent results.
• Desire to progress and grow within a local company.

Salary Track Pay Details

This is a salaried, tracked position at Range Leather. Employees on production tracks will progress through the following yearly pay structure while meeting relevant performance metrics and company core values.

Year 0-1 :$35,000
Year 1-2: $37,000
Year 2-3: $40,000
Year 3-4: $42,000
Year 4-5: $44,000
Year 5+: $54,000

Pay: $35,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
