The Apparel Production Specialist supports a range of tasks within the Range Leather Production Department, with a focus on the hat team—including leather patch hats, beanies, and other leather promotional products. This role is responsible for developing proficiency across key production functions such as heat stamping, patch application, and quality control. Specialists are expected to execute all stages of the production process with a strong emphasis on both quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Produce leather patch hats, beanies, and related products with consistency and attention to detail
- Operate heat stamping equipment to create clean, accurate impressions
- Apply patches to hats and apparel, ensuring proper alignment and secure adhesion
- Perform quality control checks at each stage of production to maintain brand standards
- Follow daily production schedules and meet output goals while maintaining quality
- Prepare and organize materials for incoming orders (leather patches, hats, components)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Identify and communicate production issues or defects
- Support team members and contribute to a smooth, collaborative production environment
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
