We’re a Laramie-based leather goods brand crafting full-grain Horween leather into bags, hats, and accessories built to wear in—not out. Every product is made by hand in our Laramie workshop and designed to carry provisions for the untamed.

We’re looking for a full-time photographer to bring Range Leather’s story to life through both studio and lifestyle photography. This role is hands-on, fast-moving, and deeply tied to our brand identity. You’ll work from an already dialed-in brand direction—refining and expanding it through consistent, compelling imagery that connects craft and lifestyle.

• Shoot lifestyle content that feels natural, grounded, and true to the Range story—Wyoming, mountains, craft, and community.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to plan and execute shoots that align with brand pillars: Craft, Fellowship, Righteousness.
• Edit, color-grade, and deliver imagery optimized for web, social, and email.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Capture high-quality studio imagery for product launches, campaigns, and site updates.
• Manage studio setup, lighting, and equipment upkeep.
• Occasionally travel for location shoots or team projects.

• Skilled in both studio and lifestyle photography; confident with lighting, composition, and storytelling.
• Experienced in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop (video or motion skills a plus).
• Organized, dependable, and capable of handling multiple projects on a deadline.
• Understands how to work within an existing visual direction while finding fresh, creative angles.
• Energized by small-team collaboration and hands-on work.
