Precision and Craftsmanship Needed to Create Quality Leather Goods
The role
The Crafter position completes a variety of crafting and shop-related tasks to assist with the daily production of leather goods at Range Leather. The goal is to acquire all necessary skills, then maintain quality while increasing productivity and minimizing mistakes.
Crafters work progressively through a training program and report to the Department Manager as well as Range Leather owners. We are looking for someone who works well within our team dynamic and contributes positively to the culture at Range Leather.
